App Concept +Rota Seara wins ABEMD 2022 award in the Mobile category

Challenge

Seara is one of the biggest and most consolidated Brazilian food brands, part of the JBS Group. They are specialized in frozen food and cold cuts based on poultry, pork, and vegetables.

To achieve the best results within such a competitive market, they needed to design a new selling routine. But what would be the most efficient strategy to convince the team to follow it?

Solution

We created the +Rota Seara app: an entire ecosystem that helps employees to improve their results, with complete material of training, coaching, feedback and team achieves.

As we understood that the best way to achieve results is to engage the community, we used gamification techniques. Then, in each completed task, employees receive points and medals, highlighting the evolution of each one of them. All this through 3 categories: pre-route, tactics and results.

Through the app, the commercial team learns more with training and managers can monitor their performance with a dashboard, beyond to coaching and giving feedback on the fly, increasing their team’s learning and productivity.
